Research and develop methods that improve Crucible's performance on structured extraction from complex enterprise documents. You will design evaluation benchmarks, run experiments, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to bring findings into production.

Own and close enterprise deals with legal, financial, and technology firms. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, work closely with founders on deal strategy, and build the playbook for a market that is still being defined.

Own the developer marketing function from the ground up. You will create content that helps developers understand what Crucible is built for, run campaigns that drive API signups, and build a presence in the developer communities where our customers live.

Design intuitive, developer-first experiences that make complex AI systems simple to use. You will own the end-to-end design of the dashboard, documentation, and API onboarding flows, working closely with engineering and product to ship polished interfaces.

Build and scale the APIs and infrastructure that power high-performance AI workloads. You will own reliability, latency, and throughput across Crucible's core API surface, working on problems that sit at the edge of what distributed systems can do.

Build the developer-facing surfaces of the Crucible platform: the dashboard, the docs experience, the API playground, and the onboarding flows. You care about performance, accessibility, and the small details that make a developer product feel polished and trustworthy.
