Enterprise SSO
Enterprise plan accounts can enable single sign-on (SSO) for their organization. SSO allows your team to authenticate with Crucible using your existing identity provider.
Supported providers
Okta
Azure Active Directory
Google Workspace
Any SAML 2.0 compatible provider
Setup
SSO configuration is handled through the Settings → Security panel in your dashboard. You will need admin access to both your Crucible organization and your identity provider.
General steps:
In your identity provider, create a new SAML application for Crucible.
Copy the SSO URL and certificate from your identity provider into the Crucible SSO settings panel.
Map the required user attributes: email, first name, last name.
Enable SSO enforcement to require all team members to authenticate via SSO.
Just-in-time provisioning
When JIT provisioning is enabled, new team members are automatically added to your Crucible organization on first login via SSO. No manual invitation required.
